| Believed as the tobe of Sri Mallikarjuna Swamy and Kamakshi Tai temple existing from the peried of lord rama of threthayuga as it is re-constructed in the year 1150. This temple is dedicated to Goddess Kamkshi, an incarnation of Shakti. The goddess Kamakshi is believed as an incarnation of Shaktiand believed tobe only speaking god present days on this planet. A 'Sri Chakram' was installed here by Sri Jagadguru Sankaracharya. Pilgrims take a holy dip in the lake known as Kachpateertham, near the temple, which washes away all their bad karma. jonnawada is the place where the interacts with devotees in dreams during the deep sleep at the temple premises and attends his problems.
